目的了解2012—2016年乐山市食品中铅、镉、汞的污染现状,为食品安全监督管理提供依据。方法 2012—2016年严格按照食品污染监测方案,在乐山市进行食品采样,开展铅、镉、汞等重金属元素的测定。结果共检测食品样本5 257份,其中铅含量超标10份,超标率为1.73%,镉含量超标9份,超标率为1.58%,汞含量超标3份,超标率为0.54%。结论乐山市各类食品中存在金属元素污染,部分食品出现了铅、镉、汞含量超标的情况,谷物及其制品3种元素含量均超标,受到金属元素污染较为严重。对此相关卫生部门应该加强监管力度,控制食品金属元素污染,保证公众卫生健康。
Objective To understand the current status of the contamination of lead, cadmium and mercury in food from 2012 to 2016 in Leshan City, and to provide the basis for food safety supervision and management. Methods From 2012 to 2016, food samples were taken in Leshan City in strict accordance with the food contamination monitoring program and the determination of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium and mercury was carried out. Results A total of 5 257 food samples were tested. Among them, the lead content exceeded 10, the exceeding standard rate was 1.73%, the cadmium content exceeded 9, the exceeding standard rate was 1.58%, the mercury content exceeded 3, and the exceeding standard rate was 0.54%. Conclusions Metallic elements are contaminated in all kinds of food in Leshan City. Some foods have lead, cadmium and mercury levels exceeding the standard. The contents of three elements in grains and their products exceed the standard and are seriously polluted by metal elements. The related health departments should strengthen supervision and control, control the pollution of food metal elements, to ensure public health.
