研究了用火焰原子吸收光谱法在同一溶液体系中直接快速测定金川铜镍矿浮选产品中铜、镍、镁含量的新方法。考察了产品中高含量的 Si O2 对测定镁的干扰情况 ,并提出了排除这项干扰的简便方法。根据各元素的标准溶液系列的测定数据 ,推算出了铜、镍、镁 3元素的线性回归方程及线性相关系数 ;特征浓度铜为 0 .4 0 mg· L-1/1% ,镍为 0 .4 8mg·L-1/1% ,Mg为 0 .0 18mg·L-1/1% ;线性浓度范围铜、镍均为 0— 10 mg·L-1,镁为 0 .2— 1.2 mg·L-1。相对标准偏差铜为 2 .5 % (n=6 ) ,镍为 2 .3% (n=6 ) ,镁为2 .8% (n=6 ) ,加标回收率铜为 96 .5 %— 10 2 .5 % ,镍为 98.8%— 10 3.5 % ,镁为 98.2 %— 10 2 .5 %。这种方法操作简便、快速、实用 ,具有较好的精密度和准确度 ,实际产品分析结果与外检单位及金川公司测定的结果吻合
A new method for direct and rapid determination of copper, nickel and magnesium in flotation products of Jinchuan copper nickel ore by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was studied in the same solution system. The interference of the high content of Si O2 in the product on the determination of magnesium was investigated and a simple method to eliminate the interference was proposed. The linear regression equation and the linear correlation coefficient of copper, nickel and magnesium were deduced according to the measured data of the standard solution series of each element. The characteristic concentration of copper was 0.400 mg · L-1/1%, and nickel was 0 .4 8 mg · L-1/1%, Mg was 0.018 mg · L-1/1%; the linear range of concentration was 0-10 mg · L-1 for copper and nickel, 0.2-2 mg · L-1. The relative standard deviations of copper were 2.5% (n = 6), nickel was 2.3% (n = 6), magnesium was 2.8% (n = 6) and the recoveries were 96.5% 10 2.5% nickel, 98.8% -103.5% nickel, 98.2% magnesium - 102.5%. This method is easy to operate, fast, practical, with good precision and accuracy, the actual product analysis results and the inspection unit and the results of Jinchuan companies match
