目的:探讨将大学生作为主体,将乙肝(乙型病毒性肝炎)预防作为中心,将理论同实践有效结合的社会实践得出最终效果。方法:创建小组,共包括15名成员,研究生作为队长,最终有效成立预防乙肝社会实践小组。之后队长组织学员进行系统培训,主要包括2天的理论知识学习,2天的设计与评估以及3天的现场实践,主要选择质性与量性相结合的方式对最终的社会时间实践进行准确分析。结果:完成培训后,在乙肝预防的知识以及预防态度得分两方面,与培训前进行比较,表现为显著的增高(P<0.05)。在培训的过程中,对各题项进行评价得分为2.04分-2.50分,平均分数为(2.29±0.18)分;评价总分为16分-35分,平均得分为(24.92±4.63)分。结论:开展预防乙肝疾病的社会实践活动,能够有效激发学生潜力,并且有效挖掘出学生学习的主体意识,最终使学生的团队工作能力以及理论知识掌握获得了显著的提高,并且在此过程中可以充分进行实践。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the ultimate effect of taking college students as the main body, centering on the prevention of hepatitis B (HBV), and combining the social practice of combining theory with practice effectively. Methods: Create a group consisting of 15 members and a graduate student as captain, and finally establish an effective social practice group to prevent hepatitis B infection. After that, the captain organized the trainees to conduct systematic training, which mainly included two days of theoretical knowledge learning, two days of design and evaluation, and three days of on-site practice. The main choice was the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to accurately analyze the final social time practice . Results: After completing the training, there was a significant increase (P <0.05) in the knowledge of prevention of hepatitis B and the score of preventive attitude compared with that before training. During the course of training, the scores of each item were 2.04 points -2.50 points, the average score was (2.29 ± 0.18) points; the total score was 16 points -35 points, the average score was (24.92 ± 4.63) points. Conclusion: To carry out the social practice of preventing hepatitis B disease can effectively stimulate the potential of students, and effectively excavated the subjective awareness of students ’learning, which eventually led to a significant improvement in the students’ ability to work as well as the mastery of theoretical knowledge.
