金成大厦屋面采光顶幕墙设计采用双向单层柔性索网结构,利用双向钢索预张应力承受外荷载作用。分析研究了双向单层柔性索网结构体系的作用机理、荷载工况组合及结构构件计算等问题,尤其对高层建筑顶部的结构构件在风吸力作用下的应力状态提出了荷载工况组合的方法。有限元分析的应力及变形结果为钢索预张拉力及施工位移控制提供了依据,并在实际的施工操作中得到了验证。
Jincheng building roof lighting roof curtain wall design using two-way single-layer flexible cable network structure, the use of two-way cable prestress to withstand external load. The mechanism of the bidirectional single-layer flexible cable network structure system, the combination of load conditions and the calculation of structural members are analyzed and studied. Especially, the combination of load conditions is proposed for the structural components at the top of tall buildings under the stress of wind suction . The results of finite element analysis of stress and deformation provide the basis for pre-tensioning of steel cable and control of construction displacement, and have been verified in the actual construction operation.
