管理难题无处不在。不论管理者走哪条路,似乎总有悖论或谜团潜伏其中。要解决这些管理难题,管理者需要对这些无法回避的难题加深理解。管理大师明茨伯格在自己的新著《管理》中把管理的难题归纳为5类13个,5类分别为思考、信息、人事、行动和综合,与其构想的管理三平台模型相对应(图1)。从信息的角度看,重点探讨了3个管理难题,分别是“联络的困惑”“委派的困境”和“衡量之谜”。
Management problems are everywhere. No matter which way managers go, there seems to be a paradox or a mystery lurking. To solve these management problems, managers need to deepen their understanding of these unavoidable problems. Managing Mint Mintzberg categorized management problems into 13 categories in 5 categories in his new book, Management, with 5 categories of thinking, information, personnel, action, and synthesis, respectively, corresponding to the three-platform model of management of his vision figure 1). From the perspective of information, we focus on three management problems, which are “Puzzled ” “Delegated Dilemma ” and “Measured Enigma ” respectively.
