目的:建立中络面瘫丸中防风的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为制定其质量标准提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别中络面瘫丸主要药物防风中升麻素苷,以三氯甲烷-甲醇(4:1)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干。结果:置紫外光灯(254nm)下检视,供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱和对照品色谱相应的位置上,分别显相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论:该方法操作简便,专属性强,重现性好,阴性无干扰,可用于中络面瘫丸防风中升麻素苷的定性定量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a thin layer chromatography identification method for the prevention of wind in Zhongluo Pianliang Pills, and to provide the basis for formulating its quality standard. Methods: TLC was used to identify the main drugs in Zhongluo Pian Pill Pills in the windbreaks with chloroform - methanol (4: 1) as developing agent, expand, remove and dry. Results: Set UV light (254nm) under the view, for the test product chromatography, and reference drug chromatography and reference substance chromatography corresponding position, were the same color fluorescent spots. Conclusion: The method is simple, specific, reproducible, negative and non-interfering and can be used for quantitative and qualitative control of corydalin in Zhongfeng Pian Pill.
