目的 :考察酮洛芬的皮肤渗透性及 3种促进剂月桂氮芯卓 酮、油酸和丙二醇对其皮肤渗透性的影响。方法 :将不同浓度的药物及促进剂制成贴片 ,采用改进的Franz扩散池 ,离体小鼠皮肤为透皮屏障 ,测定药物的体外渗透量。结果 :酮洛芬随其药物浓度的增大 ,渗透性增强 ;月桂氮芯卓 酮、油酸和丙二醇对其渗透性均有一定影响 ,其中 5 %油酸作用最强 ,丙二醇较弱 ;丙二醇与月桂氮芯卓 酮合用 ,能明显提高月桂氮芯卓酮的促渗作用 ,2 .5 %油酸与 5 %月桂氮芯卓 酮合用 ,能取得最佳效果。结论 :贴片中药物浓度为 15 % ,月桂氮芯卓 酮浓度为 5 % ,油酸浓度为 2 .5 %时能获得较好的渗透速率。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the skin permeability of ketoprofen and the effects of three enhancers, laurocapram, linoleic acid and propylene glycol on their skin permeability. Methods: Different concentrations of drugs and accelerators were made into patches, and the improved Franz diffusion cell was used. The skin of isolated mice was used as transdermal barrier, and the in vitro penetration of drug was measured. Results: Ketoprofen increased with its drug concentration and permeability; laurocarnite, oleic acid and propylene glycol all had certain effects on the permeability, of which 5% oleic acid was the strongest and propylene glycol was weak; propylene glycol In combination with laurel azole, it can obviously improve the penetration enhancement of laurel azithromycin. The combination of 2.5% oleic acid and 5% lauroxazolinone can achieve the best results. Conclusion: The drug concentration in the patch is 15%, the concentration of laurel azithromycin is 5%, and the oleic acid concentration is 2.5%, the better penetration rate can be obtained.
