目的了解兴仁县下山镇某小学甲肝流行的影响因素,为甲肝疫情的防控工作提供依据。方法通过现场流行病学调查,描述此次甲肝流行的流行特征,并运用病例对照研究方法探讨其影响因素。结果共发生甲肝病例30例,罹患率为2.25%;发病高峰在5月底~6月中旬;病例分布在下山镇的5个村寨;以三年级以下学生发病为主。结论此次甲肝的流行主要与食用凉拌食品和麻辣食品,以及卫生习惯差有关。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of hepatitis A epidemic in a primary school in Xia Shan Town, Xingren County, so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of hepatitis A epidemic. Methods The epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis A were described by on-the-spot epidemiological investigation, and the case-control study was used to explore the influencing factors. Results A total of 30 cases of hepatitis A cases occurred, the attack rate was 2.25%; peak incidence in late May ~ mid June; the case is located in the town of Xiaoshan 5 villages; Conclusions The prevalence of hepatitis A is mainly related to the consumption of cold food and spicy food, as well as poor hygiene habits.
