目的对人性化护理在肿瘤内科中的应用及护理效果进行探讨和分析。方法以2015年6月到2016年12月我院接收的84例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组则在此基础上采取人性化护理。在护理干预结束后,对两组患者的生活质量、心理支持、功能改善等方面的满意度进行比较。结果经比较观察组患者在生活质量、心理支持、功能改善等方面的满意度和总体满意度方面明显高于对照组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于肿瘤内科中的护理效果显著,值得在临床广泛使用。
Objective To explore and analyze the application of humanized nursing in oncology and the nursing effect. Methods Totally 84 patients with cancer who received in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group to take routine care, the observation group is based on this to take human care. After the nursing intervention was completed, the satisfaction of the two groups in terms of quality of life, psychological support and functional improvement were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the satisfaction and overall satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in quality of life, psychological support, functional improvement, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of humanized nursing applied in oncology is significant and it is worth widely used in clinic.
