目的:探讨CO2激光治疗声带白斑的可行性及优势。方法:全麻悬吊喉镜显微镜下配合输出功率8-24瓦连续脉冲的CO2激光切除声带白斑病变。结果:悬吊喉镜显微镜下CO2激光治疗声带白斑30例。其中不伴有非典型增生的角化18例,治愈率100%(18/18)。伴有轻度不典型增生的角化治愈率100%(8/8)。伴有中度-重度不典型增生的角化治愈率50%(2/4)。结论:CO2激光治疗声带白斑,具有手术方法、操作简单,术后恢复快,术后并发症少,可保护喉部的重要结构。故条件许可值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and advantages of CO2 laser treatment of vocal cord leukoplakia. Methods: The general anesthesia suspension laryngoscope microscope with output power of 8-24 watts continuous pulse CO2 laser removal of vocal cord leukoplakia. Results: Thirty patients with vocal leukoplakia were treated with CO2 laryngoscope. Among them, 18 cases were not accompanied by keratosis of atypical hyperplasia, the cure rate was 100% (18/18). Keratosis with a mild dysplasia cure rate of 100% (8/8). Keratosis with a moderate-severe dysplasia was cured at a rate of 50% (2/4). Conclusion: CO2 laser treatment of vocal cord white spot, with surgical methods, simple operation, quick recovery, less postoperative complications, can protect the important structure of the throat. Therefore, the conditions permit worth promoting.
