经济转型期,亟需动力要素和动力机制的适时调整与转变。山东省是转型中国的经典缩影,本文以山东省为例,在梳理改革开放以来经济增长动力要素的基础上,定量测度了全要素生产率的变化和不同动力要素在不同经济发展阶段对经济增长贡献的大小,提出转型期要从改善投资结构提高投资效率、推动人口红利向人才红利转变、提高创新能力以及深化改革持续释放改革红利等方面入手,加快促进经济增长动力机制的转变。
In the period of economic restructuring, the timely adjustment and transformation of motive forces and motive mechanisms are urgently needed. Shandong Province is a classic microcosm of China in transition. Taking Shandong Province as an example, on the basis of combing the elements of economic growth since the reform and opening up, the paper quantitatively measures the changes in total factor productivity and the contribution of different dynamical elements to economic growth in different stages of economic development The author proposes that the transition period should be accelerated from the aspects of improving the investment structure, improving the investment efficiency, promoting the demographic dividend to the talent bonus, improving the innovation ability and deepening the reform and continuing release of the reform bonus, so as to speed up the transformation of the driving force for economic growth.
