目的:改进传统置管方法提高胃癌术中置入鼻肠营养管的效率。方法:选取我院普外科胃肿瘤中心行胃癌手术患者70例,随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(34例),对两组患者术中分别采用温生理盐水推送辅助置管和传统直接置管法放置肠内营养管。结果:观察组手术中置入肠内营养管所用时间、一次成功率明显优于对照组,均P<0.05。结论:胃癌手术中采取温生理盐水辅助置管较传统直接置管法所需时间短,一次成功率高,值得在胃肠道术中推广。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the traditional method of catheterization and improve the efficiency of nasal tube in gastric cancer surgery. Methods: Seventy patients with gastric cancer undergoing general surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group (36 cases) and the control group (34 cases). The patients in the two groups were treated with warm saline, Traditional direct catheterization placed enteral nutrition tube. Results: The operation time of the enteral nutrition tube in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The time taken for the auxiliary catheter to take warm saline in gastric cancer operation is shorter than that of the traditional direct catheterization method. The success rate is high at one time. It is worth to be popularized in gastrointestinal surgery.
