公共治理评价的基本前提是官员廉洁和政府廉价。在公共治理评价中应该防范表面化、庸俗化、概念化与复杂化。建立公共治理绩效评价体系的基本要求是简化、规范、易操作、可比较。
The basic premise of public governance evaluation is that officials are honest and the government is cheap. In the evaluation of public governance should prevent the surface, vulgarization, conceptualization and complexity. The basic requirements for establishing a performance evaluation system for public governance are to simplify, regulate, operate and compare with each other.
