薄壁混凝土构件是指厚度为5~40mm,以玻璃纤维、钢纤维、塑料纤维、石棉、钢丝网或其他纤维作为配筋的混凝土(或水泥)所制成的构件。它的主要优点是:(1)构件重量轻、保护层可以很薄;(2)抗裂性好、裂缝宽度小而分布均匀;(3)抗冲击性能强。因此为许多国家所重视,认为将是一种有发展前途的新材料。特别在美国、中欧和英国发展较快,主要用作围护墙板、屋面、路面、管道、坠道护壁等,在建筑结构中也时有采用。国际预应力学会(FIP)预制装配委员会正在制仃一个有关“预制薄壁混凝土构件”的技术文件,全面介绍了各国有关应用纤维混凝土(或水泥)制作薄壁构件的材料、性能、设计、生产和应用的情况,可以作为大家的参考。
Thin-walled concrete components refer to those made of concrete (or cement) with a thickness of 5 to 40 mm and made of glass fibers, steel fibers, plastic fibers, asbestos, wire mesh, or other fibers as reinforcement. Its main advantages are: (1) light weight of components, protective layer can be very thin; (2) good crack resistance, small crack width and uniform distribution; (3) strong impact resistance. Therefore, many countries attach importance to it and think that it will be a new material with promising development. Especially in the United States, Central Europe and the United Kingdom, it has developed rapidly. It is mainly used as a fence, roofing, road surface, pipelines, fall protection, etc. It is also used in building structures. The Prefabricated Assembly Committee of the International Prestressing Society (FIP) is preparing a technical document on “Prefabricated Thin-Walled Concrete Components”. It comprehensively introduces the materials, performance, design, and production of thin-walled components made of fiber-reinforced concrete (or cement) in various countries. And the application of the situation can be used as a reference for everyone.
