随着我国经济的飞速发展,现代社会的稳步推进,改革创新无处不在,教育改革也是适应社会发展的其中一项。我国对专业性人才的需求不断扩展,高职院校的发展也迎来重大机遇,其作为培养新型技术人才的地方对我国经济发展起着重要作用。在此时机下,开展对高职院校学生教育管理模式创新对提升高职院校的教学水平和竞争力都起着重要作用。但是,高职院校的管理水平参差不齐,制度不规范,模式有待与时俱进,这些都使高职院校教育管理模式的创新任重而道远。

The demand for specialized personnel in our country has been constantly expanding, and the development of higher vocational colleges also welcomes major opportunities. Under this opportunity, carrying out innovations in the mode of student education management in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in improving the teaching quality and competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. However, the management level of higher vocational colleges is uneven, the system is not standard and the mode needs to be advancing with the times, all these make the innovation of education management mode of vocational colleges a long way to go.
