浙江大学于2000年开始按照教育部“新疆协作计划”招收少数民族预科学生,2004年开始招收内地民族班学生,目前学校有新疆学生172人,西藏学生76人。这些学生主要分布到学校各学院的相关专业进行小班管理。在培养民族学生的过程中,学校遇到了一些无法回避而又亟须需解决的问题。一是大学适应性教育问题。民族班学生由于文化差异明显,入学后不同程度显现出不适应现象,与其他学生的交流与融合有待进一步加强。二是思想政治教育与发展党员
Zhejiang University started to enroll ethnic minority students in 2000 in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s “Xinjiang Cooperation Program.” In 2004, it started recruiting students from the ethnic minority classes in the Mainland. At present, there are 172 Xinjiang students and 76 Tibetans. These students are mainly distributed to the various colleges and schools related to professional management of small classes.
