目的 通过实验研究 ,探讨缢颈窒息死亡血中K+ 、Cl-的变化及其法医学意义。方法 通过缢颈致家兔窒息死亡 ,测定家兔静脉血中的K+ 、Cl-浓度。结果 缢颈窒息死亡血中K+ 浓度明显提高 (P <0 0 1) ,Cl-浓度变化不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 鉴定缢颈窒息死亡时 ,可以检验血中K+ 、Cl-浓度 ,如果K+ 明显增高 ,可以作为缢颈窒息死亡的佐证
Objective To study the changes of K + and Cl- in blood of death from neck neck apnea and its forensic significance through experimental study. Methods Asphyxial death of rabbits was induced by 缢 neck, and the concentrations of K + and Cl- in rabbit venous blood were measured. Results The level of K + in the blood of death from neck apnea was significantly increased (P <0.01), while the change of Cl- concentration was insignificant (P> 0.05). Conclusions When the death from neck choascuations is identified, the concentrations of K + and Cl- in the blood can be tested. If K + is significantly increased, it can be used as evidence of the death of neck-necked asphyxiation
