蒸汽机车放水,是一项正常的排污措施,是加强机车保养、减缓水锈结成速度、维持钢炉水质、有利蒸汽升腾的必要手段。但是,由于集中放水,不仅污染环境、损坏建筑物,放水时的噪声及污水渗入地下污染地下水,对人体的健康都是有害的,长此下去也是不允许的。当前最突出的问题是损坏建筑物和冬天刨冰。为解决这两个问题,结合现场线间距离的实际情况,考虑了收集方案和降压方案。现将这两种方案的利弊以及对此问题的看法叙述如下,供参考。
