班组是企业管理工作的基础和“落脚点”。班组工作的好坏直接关系到企业的经济发展和效益增减,班组长的责任是非常重要的。当班长几年来,我的体会是,班组长既要安排和完成好本班的生产任务,更要做好思想政治工作,使全班成员都成为有理想、有道德、有文化、守纪律的社会主义新型职工。班组管理主要是对人的管理。这就要求我们班组长坚持“以人为本”的原则,及时了解班组成员的思想认识、思想情绪、精神状态,把思想政治工作渗透到班组生产的整个过程中去。做到抓生产从抓思想入手,抓思想从班组生产实际出发。其次,把提高思想认识同关心职工学习、工作、生活结合起来。班组成员之所以在思想上产生这样或那样的问题,往往都是与他们在工作和生活中遇到的问题联系在一
