本文介绍应用 GF-I 型管状吻合器施行的结、直肠吻合术40例.手术指征为直肠和乙状结肠癌29例,结、直肠良性疾患11例.吻合口最低位距肛缘4厘米。合并吻合口漏及出血各1例。除1例术后死于肺功能衰竭外,39例均获随访,有2例吻合口癌复发,1例狭窄。排便功能大多在半年内恢复正常.作者认为距肛缘7厘米以上的直肠癌应用吻合器可保留肛门.
This article describes the application of GF-I tubular stapler for the implementation of 40 cases of colorectal and rectal anastomosis. The surgical indications for 29 cases of rectal and sigmoid colon cancer, 11 cases of benign disease of the rectum, the anastomosis at the lowest position from the anal verge of 4 cm. Anastomotic leakage and bleeding were combined in 1 case. Except one case died of pulmonary failure after operation, 39 cases were followed up. There were 2 cases of anastomotic cancer recurrence and 1 case of stenosis. Most of the defecation function returned to normal within half a year. The authors believe that anastomosis can be retained by anastomosis in rectal cancer more than 7 cm away from the anal margin.
