通过对菊芋在不同环境下种植的试验,表明菊芋可以大面积种植。对所种植的菊芋秆采用75～95℃蒸煮和全无氯漂白一步法制漂白浆,白度可达到70%ISO以上。
Through the cultivation of Jerusalem artichoke in different environments test, that Jerusalem artichoke can be planted in large areas. The grown Jerusalem artichoke stalks using 75 ~ 95 ℃ cooking and chlorine bleaching one-step bleach, whiteness can reach more than 70% ISO.
