对经济增长的研究离不开对制度创新和变迁的研究。本文首先明确了经济新常态、制度变迁与经济增长理论的概念;然后指出中国经济发展目前面临的状况并探求其原因;最后以中国经济新常态的特征为基础,从诺思制度变迁理论三个基石:产权制度、国家和意识形态角度来提出了应对中国新常态的若干点建议。
The study of economic growth can not be separated from the research of system innovation and change. First of all, this paper clarifies the concepts of new economic normalcy, institutional change and economic growth theory. Then it points out the current situation of China’s economic development and explores its causes. Finally, based on the characteristics of China’s new normal economy, Cornerstone: property rights system, state and ideological point of view to put forward a number of suggestions to deal with China’s new normal.
