为探索经济施用氮肥及其对杂交早稻威优35稻谷产量和糙米中无机元素营养品质的影响,利用等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)等测定了糙米中14种无机元素的含量。结果表明,在6个施氮水平上,稻谷产量以10kgN处理最高,单位N肥增产量以5kgN处理最高;而且,随施N量增加,糙米中N、S、Cu和Mo含量显著提高,其中K、Mg、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ba等元素含量则与对照无显著差异。与此同时对施N量与糙米、稻草的无机元素含量以及元素间的数量关系也进行了分析。
In order to explore the economic application of nitrogen fertilizer and its effect on the yield of early hybrid rice “Weiyou 35” and the nutritional quality of inorganic elements in brown rice, the content of 14 inorganic elements in brown rice was determined by ICP-AES. The results showed that under the six N application rates, the grain yield of 10 kg N was the highest and the yield of N fertilizer was the highest in 5 kg N treatment. Moreover, the content of N, S, Cu and Mo in brown rice increased significantly with the increase of N application rate K, Mg, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ba and other elements were no significant difference with the control. At the same time, the relationship between application amount of N and brown rice, straw inorganic elements and the amount of elements also were analyzed.
