流动人口包皮环切接受意愿及影响因素分析

目的了解重庆市流动人口包皮环切手术的接受意愿及其影响因素。方法采用随机整群抽样方法抽取750名流动人口,自行设计调查问卷对其进行调查。结果 750名调查对象中,有41.07%愿意接受包皮环切手术;年龄为22~29岁(P=0.02)、文化程度为大专及其以上(P<0.001)的人群较其他人群更愿意接受手术;回归分析结果表明,流动人口包皮环切接受意愿的主要影响因素为:是否知晓包皮过长或包茎可以引起尿道感染(OR=7.949,95%CI=1.297~48.729)、是否知晓手术的并发症(OR=0.111,95%CI=0.022~0.575)、自己是否有包皮过长或包茎(OR=4 826.936,95%CI=590.718~3 942 860)、最近1个月是否发生过性行为(OR=72.02,95%CI=5.428~955.570)。结论包皮环切术在重庆地区流动人口中的接受意愿较高,而实际环切率较低,主要原因是对相关知识的认知不够。 Objective To understand the willingness and influencing factors of circumcision in floating population in Chongqing. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to select 750 floating population and the questionnaire was designed to investigate. Results 41.07% of the 750 respondents were willing to undergo circumcision. The age ranged from 22 to 29 years old (P = 0.02), and those with education level of college or above (P <0.001) were more willing to undergo surgery than other groups The results of regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the willingness of circumcision for migrant workers were whether the prepuce or phimosis could cause urethral infection (OR = 7.949, 95% CI = 1.297-48.729), and whether the operative complications were known (OR = 0.111, 95% CI = 0.022-0.575), whether or not they had prepuce or phimosis (OR = 4826.936, 95% CI = 590.718 ~ 3942 860) = 72.02, 95% CI = 5.428 ~ 955.570). Conclusions Circumcision is more likely to be accepted among floating population in Chongqing, but the actual circumcision rate is lower, mainly due to lack of knowledge of related knowledge.
