红细胞变形能力是血液流变学的一个重要组成部分,除血液病外,与多种疾病有着十分密切的关系。为明确心脑血管疾病和高脂血症的红细胞变形能力的变化及与血粘度的关系,我们对1987年10月～1990年4月在本院康复治疗及来院体检的部分男性进行了检测和初步观察,现报告如下。一般资料共计79例,分为4个组:(1)脑梗塞组19例,平均年龄55岁,其中脑血栓形成14例,腔隙性脑梗塞2例,风心病合并脑梗塞1例,原因不明的脑梗塞2例;(2)高血压冠心病组23例,平均年龄58岁,高血压病符合1978年WHO的诊断标准,冠心病根据
