近日,国务院印发《“十三五”国家科技创新规划》(以下简称“《规划》”),明确提出了未来5年国家科技创新的指导思想、总体要求、战略任务和改革举措。《规划》描绘了未来5年,我国科技创新发展的蓝图,确立了“十三五”科技创新的总体目标。国家科技实力和创新能力大幅跃升,国家综合创新能力世界排名进入前15位,迈进创新型国家行列;创新驱动发展成效显著,与2015年相比,科技进步贡献率从55.3%提高到60%,知识密集型服务业增加值占国内生产总值的比例从15.6%提高到20%;科技创新能力显著增强,通过《专利合作条约》

The world rankings of the comprehensive innovation capability of the country topped the list of 15 leading innovation-oriented countries. The innovation-driven development achieved remarkable results.
