CITIC Pacific is a subsidiary of China International Trust and Investment (Hong Kong) Limited (CITIC Hong Kong Group). The company was established in February 1990 after CITIC (Hong Kong) acquired 49% stake in Tai Fook Development Company Limited, a Hong Kong listed company. At present, CITIC Pacific has become CITIC (Hong Kong Group) business development flagship. In just three years, CITIC Pacific's market capitalization can increase by 30 times. It is in line with CITIC (Hong Kong Group) clever use of the fund-raising function of the Hong Kong stock market, and actively inject optimism into the future
