本文对海绿豆（ＰｈａｓｅｏｌｕｓｄｅｍｉｓｕｓＫｉｇａｇ）的染色体数目及核型进行了初步研究，结果表明，其染色体数目为２ｎ＝２２，核型公式为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２１对为近中部着丝点区染色体．核型类型为１Ｂ．并与同属内的山绿豆和绿豆的核型作了比较．
In this paper, the chromosome numbers and karyotypes of Phaseolusdemis kigag were studied. The results showed that the number of chromosomes was 2n = 22 and the karyotype was 2n = 2x = 21 pairs. Karyotype 1B. The karyotypes of mung bean and mung bean in the same genus were also compared.
