本文利用光学显微镜、透射电镜和X-射线衍射仪等手段研究了工业纯铝添加稀土Ce和La前后铸态组织和相组成的变化,分析讨论了稀土影响导电性能和力学性能的机理。结果表明,稀土加入工业纯铝中将和Si、Fe、Ti等结合形成二元和三元稀土化合物。
In this paper, the changes of microstructure and phase composition before and after the addition of rare earth Ce and La were studied by means of optical microscope, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The mechanism of rare earth on conductivity and mechanical properties was analyzed and discussed. The results show that the addition of rare earth into industrial pure aluminum will combine with Si, Fe and Ti to form binary and ternary rare earth compounds.
