The “Chinese Dragon” and the “India Elephant” have a competitive relationship in many fields, and the “Dragon Battle” has penetrated into all aspects of the development of the two countries. The frictions and disputes in the economic and trade fields are typical examples. Based on the theory of “protected sales” model in economics, the author applies the case-level data from 1999 to 2009, empirically analyzes the influencing factors of India’s anti-dumping duties ruling in China and reveals the microcosmic formation mechanism of China-India economic conflicts. . It was further found that when the Indian authorities ruled on the anti-dumping tax rate, they were obviously affected by the political forces of the domestic interest groups.
