本文报道了新型光学晶体1—苯甲酰基—3—(4—甲苯基)硫脲[BMBT]的单晶生长和倍频性能。用溶液降温法在氯仿溶液中长出柱状晶体,并对此化合物分子结构和晶体结构对晶体生长及倍频性能的影响作了探讨。
In this paper, the growth and multiplication properties of single crystals of 1-benzoyl-3- (4-methylphenyl) thiourea [BMBT] have been reported. The columnar crystals were grown in chloroform solution by the solution cooling method. The effects of molecular structure and crystal structure on the crystal growth and frequency doubling performance were also discussed.
