建立了氮元素溶解到Ti153合金熔体中的热力学模型, 并以此计算了氮在Ti153合金熔体中的溶解度, 分析了ISM 熔炼过程中影响氮元素在Ti153合金熔体中溶解的几个因素。结果表明, 熔体温度对Ti153合金熔体中氮的溶解度影响较大, 而熔化室内氮气分压是决定Ti153合金熔体中氮溶解度的主要因素, 需要合理控制。并提出了利用多次抽真空反充氩气以降低熔化室内氮气分压的方法, 来进一步降低Ti153合金熔体中的氮含量
The thermodynamic model of nitrogen element dissolved in Ti153 alloy melt was established, and the solubility of nitrogen in Ti153 alloy melt was calculated. Several factors affecting the dissolution of nitrogen element in Ti153 alloy melt during ISM melting process were analyzed . The results show that the melt temperature has a great influence on the solubility of nitrogen in the melt of Ti153 alloy. The partial pressure of nitrogen in the melt chamber is the main factor that determines the solubility of nitrogen in the melt of Ti153 alloy and needs reasonable control. And put forward the use of multiple vacuum back-filled argon gas to reduce the partial pressure of nitrogen in the melt chamber to further reduce the Ti153 alloy melt nitrogen content
