用极坐标与直角坐标法相结合,来解决沟中心定位不准造成测量误差太大的问题。描述了采用三个步进电机经过细分后驱动工作台沿X、Y 方向移动来准确定位工件,实现了自动化测量。引进了光栅技术测量沟位置和沟中心距,推导出了测量沟中心的数学模型和最小二乘圆的公式。附图6 幅。
With polar coordinates and Cartesian coordinates method combined to solve the groove center positioning errors are not allowed to cause measurement errors too much. Describes the use of three stepper motor subdivided drive table in the X, Y direction to move the workpiece to accurately locate the automatic measurement. Grating technology was introduced to measure the groove position and groove center distance, and the mathematical model of the measurement groove center and the formula of the least square circle were deduced.
