目的:研究甘草总黄酮(GTF)和石见穿总酚酸(STPA)的抗氧化作用。方法:通过测定甘草总黄酮、石见穿总酚酸、甘草总黄酮和石见穿总酚酸(7:3)混合物3个样品清除羟自由基、DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基,以及螯合金属离子、抑制亚油酸过氧化能力,评价甘草总黄酮与石见穿总酚酸及其复方的抗氧化活性。结果:甘草总黄酮、石见穿总酚酸及其混合物的复方均具有较强的抗氧化作用,且有浓度依赖性。结论:甘草总黄酮和石见穿总酚酸复方具有较强的抗氧化作用,复方抗氧化效果优于两药单独使用。有望成为具临床应用价值的抗氧化剂。
Objective: To study the anti-oxidative effects of total flavonoids (GTF) and total phenolic acids (STPA). Methods: Three free radicals, DPPH free radical and superoxide anion free radical were screened from three samples of total flavonoids of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch., Total acid of Istatis, Total flavonoids of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and mixture of total phenolic acids (7: 3) Chelation of metal ions, inhibit the ability of linoleic acid peroxidation, evaluation of licorice flavonoids and see through the total phenolic acids and their antioxidant activity. Results: The total flavonoids licorice, stone see through the total phenolic acids and their mixtures of compounds have a strong antioxidant effect, and a concentration-dependent. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of licorice and stone see through the total phenolic compound has a strong anti-oxidation effect of compound anti-oxidation better than the two drugs alone. Is expected to become a clinical application of antioxidants.
