目的探讨五指毛桃对辐射小鼠组织细胞DNA损伤的修复作用。方法 6 Gy60Coγ射线全身一次性照射建立辐射损伤模型,3个低、中、高给药+辐射组分别灌胃给予相当于生药5、10、20 g.kg-1.d-1五指毛桃水提液,每天1次,连续7 d,阴性对照组、单纯辐射组给予生理氯化钠溶液,用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测小鼠组织细胞DNA损伤和修复情况。结果各辐射+给药组小鼠组织细胞DNA的尾部DNA百分率(Tail DNA%)和尾矩(Tail moment)均低于单纯辐射组(P<0.01),且随着给药剂量的增加,Tail DNA%和Tail moment越低。结论五指毛桃对辐射小鼠各组织细胞DNA的损伤有修复作用,具有一定的抗辐射作用。
Objective To investigate the repair effect of Pentagram Peach on DNA damage in irradiated mice. Methods A radiation injury model was established by one-time whole-body irradiation of Gy60Coγ-ray. Three low, medium and high dose + radiation groups were given gavage with water equivalent to 5,10,20 g.kg-1.d-1 Liquid, once a day for 7 consecutive days. The negative control group and the pure radiation group were given physiological sodium chloride solution. The DNA damage and repair of mouse tissue cells were detected by single cell gel electrophoresis. Results Tail DNA and Tail moment of the DNA of the mice in each radiation + administration group were lower than those in the radiotherapy group (P <0.01). With the increase of the dose of Tail DNA, DNA% and Tail moment lower. Conclusion Five-finger peach has the effect of repairing DNA damage in various tissues of irradiated mice and has a certain anti-radiation effect.
