目的研究一种新型过氧化物消毒剂理化性状,为研究新的消毒制剂提供参考。方法采用理化分析方法,对该新型过氧化物消毒剂的有效含量、酸碱度及损坏性等进行了实验室检测。结果该新型过氧化物消毒剂主要为过氧化硼酸钾,为白色粉剂,活性氧化物含量为质量分数约24%。在温度为10℃~30℃条件下,其活性氧释放速度高峰值为6 h~8 h。过氧化硼酸钾水溶液的pH值随着活性氧含量的增加有所增高,溶液pH值为11.22条件下,活性氧含量为1 000 mg/L。将其固体粉剂密封储存于54℃条件下,其活性氧含量下降率为0.71%。结论该新型过氧化物类消毒剂有效含量适中,性能稳定,溶液中活性物含量受反应温度和酸碱度的影响明显。
Objective To study the physical and chemical properties of a new type of peroxide disinfectant and provide a reference for the study of new disinfectant. Methods The physical and chemical analysis methods were used to test the effective content, pH value and destructiveness of the new peroxide disinfectant. Results The new peroxide disinfectant was mainly potassium peroxoborate, which was white powder with active oxide content of about 24%. Under the conditions of 10 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, the peak value of active oxygen release rate was 6 h ~ 8 h. The pH value of aqueous solution of potassium peroxoborate increased with the increase of active oxygen content, and the active oxygen content was 1 000 mg / L under the condition of pH 11.22. The solid powder sealed stored at 54 ℃, the active oxygen content decreased by 0.71%. Conclusion The new peroxide disinfectant has moderate effective content and stable performance. The content of active substance in the solution is obviously influenced by reaction temperature and pH.
