纳米CaCO3/PPS复合材料微观结构及性能研究

纳米碳酸钙(CaCO3)与聚苯硫醚(PPS)通过熔融共混挤出制得复合材料,通过透射电镜对纳米碳酸钙的形态及粒径分布进行观察,并用原子力显微镜、力学测试等方法对复合材料微观结构和力学性能进行表征。结果表明,纳米碳酸钙的平均粒径约56nm,从复合材料表面形貌可见纳米碳酸钙分散在树脂基体里,少量粒子变形;复合材料的韧性得到明显提高,在添加量为5wt%时,冲击强度达到74.13kJ/m2,抗拉强度则在10wt%时达到最大,83.73MPa。 The composites were prepared by melt blending extrusion of nano-CaCO 3 and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). The morphology and particle size distribution of nano-CaCO 3 were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The morphology, The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were characterized. The results show that the average particle size of nano-CaCO3 is about 56nm. From the surface morphology of the composite, nano-CaCO3 is dispersed in the resin matrix and a small amount of particles are deformed. The toughness of the composite material is obviously improved. When the addition amount is 5wt% The strength reaches 74.13kJ / m2, while the tensile strength reaches the maximum at 10wt%, 83.73MPa.
