曲轴在运用过程中要经受复杂的负荷系的作用(其中主要是曲柄的弯曲和扭转)。这些力的因素同时作用于曲轴,并按非对称循环变化。在弯曲负荷循环中静负荷分量是用在上止点和下止点附近作用于曲柄的力的不等值来确定的。在扭转循环中恒定应力是由发动机传到与其相连的工作机上的有效扭矩造成的。
Crankshafts are subjected to complex loads during operation (mainly the bending and twisting of the crankshaft). These forces simultaneously act on the crankshaft and vary in an asymmetric cycle. The static load component during a bending load cycle is determined by the unequal values of the forces acting on the crank near the top dead center and bottom dead center. Constant stress during twisting cycles is caused by the effective torque transmitted from the engine to the work machine to which it is connected.
