全区卫生工作会议于1990年4月15日至17日在银川召开。这次会议的主题是,传达贯彻全国卫生厅局长会议精神,总结我区1989年卫生工作,治理整顿,深化改革情况,部署1990年卫生工作。程法光副主席到会讲了话。会议认为,1989年我区卫生工作是稳步发展的一年。治理整顿取得了较好的效果,初步扭转了医疗工作的混乱现象,医疗环境和医疗秩序明显好转。农村卫生工作有所加强.三级医疗预防保健网得到巩固和发展,开展了初级卫生保健试点工作。全区12月龄儿童免疫接种率达到第一个85％的目标。地方病防治工作取得了好成绩,地方性甲状腺肿、布氏菌病的防治达到控制标准。妇幼卫生工作逐步加强,嬰儿死亡率和孕产妇死亡率有所下降,保护了群众的健康。
The district health work conference was held in Yinchuan from April 15 to April 17, 1990. The theme of the conference was to communicate and implement the spirit of the meeting of the Director of the National Health Department, summarize the health work in 1989 in our district, govern and rectify the situation, deepen the reform, and deploy health work in 1990. Vice Chairman Cheng Faguang spoke to the meeting. The meeting held that the health work in our district in 1989 was a year of steady development. Governance and rectification have achieved good results, initially reversing the chaos of medical work, and the medical environment and medical order have clearly improved. Rural health work has been strengthened. The three-tier medical preventive health care network has been consolidated and developed, and pilot work on primary health care has been carried out. The 12-month-old child immunization rate in the district reached the first 85% target. The prevention and control of endemic diseases has achieved good results, and prevention and control of endemic goiter and brucellosis have met the control standards. Maternal and child health work has been gradually strengthened, infant mortality and maternal mortality have declined, and the health of the people has been protected.
