为定量评价大风浪中干散货船的航行安全,对干散货船事故、船舶适航性的要求及PSC检查重点项目等方面进行研究分析,获得模糊综合评判指标.运用系统工程学原理和层次分析法(AHP),确定各评价指标对干散货船航行安全影响的重要程度,建立多级模糊综合评判数学模型并应用于实践进行模型验证.结果表明该模型有效、可靠.
In order to quantitatively evaluate the sailing safety of dry bulk carriers in the storms, the requirements of dry bulk carrier accidents, the requirements of seaworthiness of ships and PSC inspection key projects are studied and analyzed, and the indexes of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are obtained.Using the principles of system engineering and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the importance of each evaluation index to the safety of dry bulk carriers’ navigation, and to establish a mathematical model of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and apply it to practice to verify the model. The results show that the model is effective and reliable.
