对于小白鼠阴栓龄胚第11~17、19天及出生后1天,1~3周新生肾发育过程中组织学,组织化学变化进行了 RNA(甲绿-哌喏咛染色)、PAS(McManus’sPAS 方法)和 SDH(Pearse’sMTT 法)观察。胚16~17天时肾单位各段核酸减少,SDH 开始出现活性,刷毛缘及基膜的 PAS 反应出现阳性,说明此时后肾功能开始出现。上述反应均随发育而逐渐减弱或增强,直到生后2~3周各反应强度分别接近成年型。对核酸,多糖,SDH 在胚胎发育中的意义进行了讨论。
The results of histological and histochemical changes of neovascularization during the 11th to 17th and 19th days after birth and 1 day and 1 week to 3 weeks after birth in mice were evaluated by RNA (methylene blue-piperazine staining), PAS McManus’s PAS method) and SDH (Pearse’s MTT method). 16-16 days of embryos when the nephron units of nucleic acid decreased, SDH began to appear active, brush edge and basement membrane PAS reaction was positive, indicating that after this kidney function began to appear. The above reactions are gradually weakened or enhanced with development, until 2 to 3 weeks after birth, the respective reaction intensities were close to adult type. The significance of nucleic acid, polysaccharide and SDH in embryonic development was discussed.
