鼻咽癌在我国沿海地区是高发的恶性肿瘤,特别是广东、福建。我科曾收治一例同胞兄妹先后患鼻咽癌病例,报道如下。 长兄,52岁时因“双上颈肿块3个月“就诊,经病理活检证实为“鼻咽鳞癌”行根治性放疗后,随访至今9年健在。 小妹,40岁时因“右上颈肿块2个月”就诊,经病理活检证实为“鼻咽鳞癌”,行根治性放疗后,随访至今2年健在。 次兄,55岁时,因“右上颈肿块1个月”经活检,证实为“鼻咽鳞癌”,经放疗后随访至今1年9个月健在。 治疗上均以~(60)Co γ线,鼻咽部以双耳前野为主野,鼻前凸字野为辅野,照射剂量D_T7000～7500CGy/35～38次/7～8周;颈部予全颈切线野+垂直野照射,有颈部淋巴结转移,
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a high incidence of malignant tumors in China’s coastal areas, especially Guangdong and Fujian. Our department had admitted a case of sibling nasopharyngeal cancer cases, reported as follows. Elder brother, 52 years old because of “double neck mass 3 months” treatment, confirmed by pathological biopsy “nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma” after radical radiotherapy, up to now 9 years alive. Young girl, 40 years old because of “right upper cervical mass 2 months” treatment, confirmed by pathological biopsy “nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma”, after radical radiotherapy, up to now 2 years alive. Second brother, 55 years old, because of “right upper neck mass for 1 month” by biopsy, confirmed as “nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma”, followed up after radiotherapy 1 year and 9 months alive. All the patients were treated with ~ (60) Co γ ray, nasopharynx with front ears of both ears, nasal front with wild ears as auxiliary field, radiation dose D_T7000 ~ 7500CGy / 35 ~ 38 times / 7 ~ 8 weeks; To the whole neck tangential field + vertical field irradiation, cervical lymph node metastasis,
