尿样经过微波消解后,其中的汞被氧化为离子状态,利用冷原子吸收测汞仪对样品进行测定。汞浓度在0~3.00μg/L的范围内具有较好的线性,相关系数达到0.999 9,方法检出限为0.016μg/L,且对国家一级标准物质贻贝(GBW08571)的验证结果与标准值吻合,回收率为91%~106%,样品测定相对标准偏差为2.7%。微波消解-冷原子吸收法灵敏度高,操作简单快捷,结果可靠,适合于测定尿中的痕量汞。
