采用极值原理的功能平衡法,求解在椭圆孔型中轧制变形区金属的三维位移增量函数,按照求得的位移增量函数确定轧件的宽展变形。经热轧实验证明,理论计算与实测数值接近。
The function balance method based on the extremum principle is used to solve the three-dimensional displacement incremental function of the metal in the rolling deformation zone in the elliptic hole. The widening deformation of the rolling stock is determined according to the displacement incremental function obtained. The hot-rolled experiments show that the theoretical calculation and the measured values are close.
