In order to understand the characteristics of salt adaptation in germination and seedling stage of r cucumber in salinization habitat, Pennisetum alopecuroides and Spodipogon sibiricus were selected according to NaCl: Na2SO4: NaHCO3 ratio of 1: 1: 3 (0,0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.8% and 1.6%) were prepared by double salt solution with single-salt solution. The single-factor experiments of seed germination and seedling growth were carried out respectively. , Embryo growth and seedling growth status as well as physiological and biochemical indicators. The results showed that: seed germination stage, with increasing salt concentration, and Pennisetum Spodiopogon Mount germination rate, germination index and significantly decreased germination etc., Pennisetum low concentrations (≤0.4%) Germination capacity of less than giant Mount, opposite high concentrations (≥0.8%); Pennisetum and spodiopogon sibiricus germ length, radicle length and embryo fresh weight were significantly decreased, but the degree of inhibition of growth of the embryo spodiopogon sibiricus higher than Pennisetum; the seedling stage, and Pennisetum salt significantly inhibited the growth of seedlings Spodiopogon Mans, but the extent of inhibition is lower than Mount Spodiopogon Pennisetum, Pennisetum and in vivo physiological activity and calcium content higher than MDA Spodiopogon mount; visible, salt tolerance of two plants in seed germination stage Pennisetum stronger than Spodiopogon Mans, while seedling stage Pennisetum weaker than Spodiopogon Mans, which reflects the countermeasures r-strategist risk sharing.
