肥胖是一种严重危害人类健康的疾病。高职生产生肥胖的主要原因是摄入营养物质过多导致营养过剩以及运动量少等。肥胖易引发糖尿病、高血脂、高血压、癌症等多种疾病,并易使高职生产生自卑心理甚至自闭心理,严重影响高职生学习和生活。高职生可通过体质指数法、标准体重法、腰围法、腰臀比法等方法判断是否超重或肥胖。高职生预防肥胖或减肥的最好方法是合理控制饮食、适量增加运动。
