近年来,泉州鞋业通过深耕技术创新、强化品牌塑造、开展跨业经营、专司代工生产、布局电商领域等有效推动了转型升级。但中小型鞋企仍然在企业家精神与高端专业人才、企业竞争行为与经营战略、企业金融环境与政府服务、企业国内市场竞争压力与国际市场竞争威胁等多个领域面临巨大挑战;作为转型成功鞋企典范的安踏,与耐克、阿迪达斯在盈利能力、品牌并购、市场营销、技术创新、生产模式等多个方面仍然存在很大差距。这就需要泉州鞋企以供给侧结构性改革为契机,理清发展战略,进一步推动鞋业转型升级。
In recent years, Quanzhou footwear industry through deep plowing technological innovation, strengthening brand building, to carry out cross-industry management, specializing in foundry production, distribution business areas effectively promote the transformation and upgrading. However, SMEs still face great challenges in many fields, such as entrepreneurship, high-end professionals, corporate competitive behaviors and business strategies, corporate financial environment and government services, competition in the domestic market and threats to international market competition. As a successful transition Antelope shoe model, and Nike, Adidas in profitability, brand acquisition, marketing, technological innovation, production patterns and many other aspects there is still a big gap. This requires Quanzhou shoe supply side structural reform as an opportunity to sort out the development strategy to further promote the transformation and upgrading of the footwear industry.
