如何解决渎职侵权案件线索匮乏这一难题已成了反渎职侵权检察部门的当务之急。本文在充分分析造成渎职犯罪“发现难”的原因的基础上,结合笔者所在基层检察院的工作实际,提出了从“”前案“”挖掘渎职犯罪及从受委托从事公务人员群体中挖掘渎职犯罪两种拓宽案源渠道的方法,以期有助于促进我市反渎职侵权工作的科学发展。
How to solve the problem of lack of clues in the case of malfeasance and infringement has become a top priority of the anti-dereliction and infringement prosecution department. Based on the full analysis of the causes of dereliction of duty and the difficulty of discovering, this paper puts forward some suggestions to mine the crime of dereliction of duty and the commission of official duties from the case of “” before combining with the actual work of procuratorate at the grassroots level. The two methods to broaden the channels of criminal cases of dereliction crime are explored in the personnel groups in order to help promote the scientific development of anti-dereliction and infringement work in our city.
