今年是航空工业部第四技术交流站建站十周年。一九七六年十一月十一日至十三日,由三○一所主持在北京丰台召开成立大会。推选一一五厂为站长厂,一一七厂、一一八厂和三一五厂为副站长厂。制订了一九七七年站务活动计划,并通过航空工业部第四技术交流站“工作条例”、“关于经费使用的暂行规定”和“联络员职责”等四站文件。从此第四技术交流站的活动就有组织有领导地正式开展起来了。十年来,在部科技局领导下,在三○一所指导下,在历届正、副站长厂和全体站属成员单位的共同努力下,取得了很大成绩。
This year marks the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the fourth technical exchange station of the Ministry of Aeronautics and Industry. From November 11 to 13, 1971, the inaugural meeting was held in Fengtai, Beijing. One-fifth factory was selected as the stationmaster factory, and 117 plants, 118 plants, and 151 plants were the deputy chief factory. Formulated the 1977 depart-ment activity plan, and passed the “Working Regulations” of the Fourth Technical Exchange Station of the Ministry of Aeronautic Industry, “Interim Provisions on the Use of Funds” and “Responsibilities of Liaison Officers”. Since then, the activities of the fourth technical exchange station have been formally launched with organizational leadership. In the past ten years, under the leadership of the Ministry of Science and Technology, under the guidance of 301, great achievements have been made in the joint efforts of all previous members of the deputy chief station factory and all member stations.
