基于FactSage热力学软件模拟了GCr15轴承钢钢液中[S]元素含量变化对夹杂物生成及转化的影响。结果表明:1 560℃时,钢液[S]含量小于0.01%可减少MgO和CaS夹杂生成;[S]含量低于0.005%可抑制CaO·Al_2O_3向MgO·Al_2O_3转化;钢液硫含量增加,大部分夹杂物开始析出温度增加;钢液硫含量低于0.006%可降低高熔点夹杂物最终析出量;高于0.006%后MnS夹杂及夹杂物析出总量大幅增加。
Based on FactSage thermodynamic software, the effect of [S] element content on the formation and transformation of inclusions in GCr15 bearing steel was simulated. The results show that the content of [S] less than 0.01% can reduce the inclusion of MgO and CaS at 1 560 ℃; [S] the content of less than 0.005% suppresses the conversion of CaO · Al_2O_3 to MgO · Al_2O_3; Most inclusions began to precipitate temperature increase; the liquid steel sulfur content of less than 0.006% can reduce the final precipitation of high melting point inclusions; more than 0.006% MnS inclusions and inclusions precipitated a substantial increase.
